LCG, April 30, 2026--OG&E, the operating subsidiary of OGE Energy Corp., announced today that it will power three new data centers that Google announced in Muskogee and Stillwater, Oklahoma last year. As part of the agreement, Google will also make power generation capacity available from two solar facilities in Stephens and Muskogee Counties that are currently under construction. The data centers and associated Electric Service Agreements are expected to provide economic growth for local communities and the state, contribute to grid stability, and benefit OG&E's current customers.

LCG, April 29, 2026--Graphic Packaging Holding Company today announced a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with NextEra Energy Resources, LLC. With the VPPA agreement, NextEra Energy Resources plans to build the Selenite Springs Energy Center, a 250-MW solar energy facility in West Texas, and Graphic Packaging will be the sole buyer of the facility's renewable energy attribute certificates. Graphic Packaging, a global provider of sustainable consumer packaging, expects the agreement to cover approximately 43 percent of its 2025 electricity usage in the U.S. and Canada. The agreement will advance Graphic Packaging's commitment to source renewable electricity and reduce its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

Court Lifts Stay Blocking BG&E Rate Cut
LCG, Aug. 7, 2000--The Circuit Court of Baltimore City on Friday lifted the stay blocking a residential rate cut of 6.5 percent and the introduction of customer choice for electricity customers of Baltimore Gas & Electric Co.The stay had been granted July 21 on the petition of the Mid-Atlantic Power Supply Association, a New Jersey-based organization claiming to represent out-of-state electric service suppliers seeking to do business in Maryland.Christian H. Poindexter, chief executive of BG&E parent holding company Constellation Energy Group, said "Central Maryland consumers can now begin to enjoy the benefits of a deregulated electric market. In the interest of fairness to each of our 1 million residential customers, BG&Ewill provide retroactive savings from July 1, when customer choice began for virtually the rest ofMaryland."BG&E President Frank O. Heintz noted that 19 electric service suppliers have been licensed by the Maryland Public Service Commission to compete for BG&Es customers and another 15 have applications pending. Apparently none of those 34 marketers are members of Mapsa.Mapsa has now been turned down by five courts out of five in its effort to block BG&Es restructuring transition plan, but Judge Albert J. Matricciani Jr., who lifted the stay on Friday, said he would listen later this month to the organizations objections to the PSCs November 1999 settlement order for BG&E.Poindexter didnt sound worried. "The PSC order, which will now be reviewed by the court, is sound and well reasoned. We are optimistic that the order will ultimately be affirmed," he said.
