LCG, August 12, 2026--Arevon Energy, Inc., an energy developer, owner, and operator, today announced that its 300 MW/1,200 MWh Nighthawk Energy Storage Project in Poway, California, is now operational. Arevon celebrated the project's completion with an on-site ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by project partners, local officials, and others who helped bring the project online. Nighthawk, the largest standalone storage facility in the company's portfolio, should enhance system reliability and is among the San Diego region's most significant energy storage facilities.

SEC Will Decide on Off-balance sheet Disclosure Next Week
LCG, October 24, 2002-The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission intends to decide on a rule limiting companies' undisclosed transactions by next week.The SEC will vote next week Wednesday on whether or not to require companies to disclose risk which otherwise would remain hidden to investors. Such off-balance sheet transactions may have been used by corporations like Enron to hide debt.Off-balance-sheet disclosure would mandate that companies submit detail lists of short- and long-term financial obligations to the SEC at regular intervals.A favorable vote will see the new disclosure rule implemented no earlier than 30 days after Wednesday in order to allow for public input.
